Delivery cost
We offer free delivery across the UK on every spa, with no minimum order value.
Where we deliver
Free delivery covers UK mainland addresses. Due to the size and weight of hot tubs and spas, deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may incur an additional freight surcharge — contact us before ordering for a delivery quote to these areas.
Installation
White-glove installation is available on our hard-shell and swim spa models.
Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from your order date, depending on the model. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, we'll email you the details once your order ships.
